For Personal use, yes, but we don't sell them. We focus on creating unique and high-quality beads for all your bracelet making needs. Unfortunately too much of our time goes into producing the beads themselves. However, we follow a few different creators on Instagram that sell bracelets that we would be happy to refer you to.

We'll be honest, nothing is good for the environment. However, we take several steps to minimize our footprint. For the colors we can source, we use recycled plastics. We use minimal packaging in our shipments, and for the waste plastic created by our process, which can vary depending on the design, we repurpose that waste as packing material for our larger orders and other projects we operate.

Depending on shipping, you should receive an estimate delivery date. It can take us up to 3 days to process and produce your order, but it's usually much quicker than that.

Reach out to us and we will look into it. Ultimately a lot of delays on the shipping side are out of our control, but we'll still make sure you're taken care of.

If you got a delivery notification from us and did not receive your order, or if your package is lost in transit, reach out to us and let us know. We'll take the necessary steps to verify on our end and send a replacement if necessary. Replacement is at our discretion and subject to inventory availability. Reach out to us at hello@jellibead.com

We work very hard and carefully to make sure our beads meet our high standards of quality. If you find defects in your beads, please reach out to us at hello@jellibead.com with a picture of the issue. We will do our best to make it right.

Our collection is a mix of original designs and publicly available designs listed either as public domain or under a CC Attribution License. If you're interested in the origin of a specific design, click the link for the designer listed at the bottom of the product description.

Sunscreen is a no go, the chemicals in it will turn your bead into putty. We haven’t tested every substance known to mankind but generally: if you can’t put it in your mouth, don’t put it on your beads. Follow that and you should be good.
